when i was using vortex i reinstalled all. i don't know, but vortex has a feature that allows you to import NMM settings and mods into it.
Along the toolbar at the top, you will find “Import from ” which will show. Now you have the current game selected, head to the “Mods” section. Vortex gives you the ability to import your mod archives from an existing Nexus Mod Manager installation.
